Refund policy

In the event that a customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase you can return your shoes to Marc Nolan, at no shipping cost to you. Returns must be unworn, and in the original product packaging. For returns to the original form of payment, a handling fee of $7.00 will apply. If you are not 100% happy, you can return your shoes for a full refund, so long as the policy return terms are met:

+ The return is initiated within 30 days of the original shipping date;

+ The returned shoes need to be unworn, and not show any evidence of wear ;

+ The shoes should be in the state you received them, including the original packaging;

+ Sale and clearance items purchased online can only be returned for exchange or for store credit, which can be used online within its prescribed one year expiration date.

If the return is requested after 30 days, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of your original purchase.

We will respond to return requests right away with a prepaid return label for you to print out and attach to your item. All orders should be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with the aforementioned return label. Once the items have been shipped, we will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse.

If the items meet the above return criteria your credit card will be automatically refunded within 5 business days of item receipt. Please recall all shipping on purchases and returns is free.
