Sizing
Our shoes run true to U.S. sizes and are crafted to a standard D medium width. We currently only offer whole sizes and suggest sizing down to the nearest whole size if you wear half sizes. If you prefer a wider fit, we suggest selecting one size up. You can view a sizing chart with measurements on every product page under the “Sizing Help” tab, like the one here.

At this time, we only carry full sizes. We suggest sizing down if you wear half sizes. For instance, if you typically wear size 10.5 your Marc Nolan size is 10. Products
All Marc Nolan shoes are made from calfskin leather, full grain leather, sheepskin suede, or a combination of each. We choose the highest quality materials so our shoes are made to last.
We use higher leathers, internal components, longer lasting rubber soles to construct our shoes. The soles on our shoes are cemented to the upper with glue. We choose this method of construction to provide our customers with accessible prices without sacrificing quality or style. All Marc Nolan shoes are designed in Chicago, made from leather sourced from different parts of the world. We work with small factories in Guangzhou, China – some of the same ones that produce your favorite designer labels. We visit them multiple times a year and build personal relationships with the owners. With these direct relationships and running a lean operation, we are able to keep our costs down and deliver premium quality shoes without paying for typical luxury markups.
Every pair of Marc Nolan shoes comes with a shoehorn to help preserve the back counter, and dust bags to prevent damage in storage or when traveling. We recommend inserting wooden shoetrees after each wear to preserve overall shoe structure and condition. Shoes should also be routinely polished to ensure leather remains supple and well moisturized.

For orders within the contiguous United States, we offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Free, delivered in 7-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: $7.95, delivered in 3-6 business days.
- Express Shipping (AIR): $24.95, delivered in 2 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: $54.95, delivered in 1 business day.

Please note that countries require recipients to pay import tax fees or other fees when claiming internationally shipped packages, and unfortunately, we cannot offset the cost of these fees. You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your country's customs authorities.
Also note that we are unable to offer free exchanges and returns for international orders. If you happen to need an exchange or would like to return any items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the item back to us, and we will work with you to make the process as easy as possible.
Additionally, when a package leaves the US, Marc Nolan no longer has access to tracking information and cannot be responsible for misplaced packages once they arrive in the country of shipping designation. For any questions or concerns regarding international shipping, please reach out to us at help@marcnolan.com.
As an option at checkout, we offer Navidium Shipping Protection for all Marc Nolan orders. Simply select this protection option at checkout, and your package will be protected in the event of damage, loss, or theft.
If your order includes Navidium Shipping Protection and you experience damage to your package while in transit or loss/theft at delivery, please contact our team at help@marcnolan.com, and they will help you through the simple claim and replacement process.
We primarily use FedEx for our shipments. The specific carrier may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination (domestic or international).
For orders within the contiguous US:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered in 7-10 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 3-6 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping (AIR): Delivered in 2 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered in 1 business day after processing.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. For international orders, delivery times will vary significantly depending on the destination country, shipping method, and customs processes. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout for international orders, where available.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time (CST) will typically be shipped out on the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment. Pleasenote that for international shipments, tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the US.
If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us by emailing help@marcnolan.com or calling 847-565-8316 Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time (CST). We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find the best possible resolution for you.
If your package is not protected with Navidium Shipping Protection, Marc Nolan is unable to accept any liability for damage, loss, or theft. However, our team will still be happy to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. This will prompt FedEx to investigate the delivery for damage or mis-delivery. If your claim is approved, we will replace your item at no cost (we will not refund it). If your claim is not approved, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
For all customers suspecting loss or theft: If you cannot locate your package, we first suggest that you check with neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t find your package, there are a few likely possibilities. The first is the possibility of a carrier mishap meaning they mis-delivered your package. The second is that the package may have been stolen. Once you’ve confirmed that you’ve exhausted all options to find your package, please contact our team (help@marcnolan.com), and we will be happy to assist you with next steps.
A few recommendations for preventing package theft in the future:
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- Have your package delivered to the home of a relative or friend that you know will be home.
- Ask your carrier to place packages in an area out of plain view.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you order from us, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Any requests made after this period will not be granted. We will cover the return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For returns to the original form of payment, a handling fee of $7.00 will apply. Marc Nolan is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once you receive your return shipping label, you have 14 days to ship the product back to us.
For Final Sale Items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

You'll have two choices for exchanges within the USA:
- Instant Exchange: Get your replacement item shipped right away, before we receive your original item back.
- Regular Exchange: We'll ship your replacement item once your original purchase arrives and is processed at our warehouse.
Please note: the shoes must be unworn, showing no signs of use, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange/return.

If our system determines your order qualifies for a return or exchange, you can instantly generate and print a pre-paid return label.
As mentioned in the Shipping section under "What are your policies for international shipments?", we are unable to offer free exchanges and returns for international orders. If you happen to need an exchange or would like to return any items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the item back to us. For exchanges, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item being sent to you.
